On a small, regeneratively run farm on the western edge of the Blue Mountains, the idea for a small-batch elderflower sparkling was born. Lightness sits at the heart of the Widden Brook Farm brand, from its very low alcohol profile (2%) to its gentle footprint on the land. That ethos extends to the packaging, where an abundant yet delicate aesthetic reflects the product’s balance and subtlety.
